After teeling that they are proud to be a supporter in one of the most important meetings of the industry as Taban Gıda, Taban Gıda CEO Hasan Hacıhaliloğlu said, “It was a very productive meeting where we felt the pulse of the industry and saw the needs and expectations.”
Hasan Hacıhaliloğlu added, “Although wheat production is expected to increase worldwide in the 21/22 season, a decrease in agricultural production is expected due to drought due to climatic conditions, and a significant loss of yield is expected in Türkiye.
Türkiye ranks first in the world in flour export and second in pasta export. This refers to a large industry and sector. Wheat policies must be managed correctly in order not to lose this power and to develop and support exports. It is important to support production and solve the problems of flour exporters. Drought causes serious losses in Türkiye as well as all over the world. As a sector, we must first combat climate change and continue with sustainable agriculture. As Taban Gıda, we are ready to take part in all the works and projects that will be carried out in order to support agriculture and producers.”
