Taban Gıda, which supplies grain, feed group and oilseeds, and particularly wheat, from different markets of the world, took its place in the Fortune 500 list for the second time in its 5-year growth story. Taban Gıda, which started its operations in 2016 with an aggressive growth strategy in the agri-food sector and entered the 2019 Fortune 500 list from the 183rd rank and with the “Company with the Most Increase in Sales” award, also ranked 142nd in the 2020 Fortune 500 list.

The 2020 ranking of the “Fortune 500 Türkiye Survey”, which is eagerly awaited every year in Türkiye as well as all over the world and organized for the 14th time in our country this year, has been announced. For the second time this year, Taban Gıda included in the list listing Türkiye’s 500 strongest companies that create added value, covering all sectors except financial institutions and holdings. Taban Gıda, which traded 1.6 million tons of wheat last year and reached a net sales figure of 2,543,366,669 TL ranked #142 on the Fortune 500 rankings. The company also ranked 46th in the “50 Companies with the Highest Return on Equity”, ninth in the “Equity Turnover Rate”, 14th in the “Sales Volume per Employee” list, and 4th in the “Wholesale and Foreign Trade” in terms of sectors.

Taban Gıda was established in 2016 with a strong capital structure and became the sector leader in the wheat supply market in Türkiye in a short period of 5 years.
